Until now, our darkest roast has been our beloved Gravity blend. This coffee is well balanced and slightly more developed than our other offerings, but over time we have noticed that there is an opportunity to approach a truly dark roasted coffee that meets our high standards of quality. Weve taken our crowd pleasing coffee from Huila, Colombia, and extended the roast to the point
